Power Flush

From £636

The Deep Clean Your System Deserves

Our Full Powerflush is a comprehensive and highly effective method of restoring your heating system to optimal condition. Using a high-flow flushing pump, powerful chemical agents, heat, and targeted radiator-by-radiator isolation, we remove years’ worth of magnetite sludge, scale, and debris from inside your pipework and radiators.

What It Involves:

  • Connection of a specialist flushing machine to your system

  • Application of heat and a chemical flushing agent

  • Isolation and targeted cleaning of each radiator individually

  • Magnet filtration throughout the process to capture iron oxide sludge

  • Final system balancing and inhibitor dosing

This is our most thorough and effective service, ideal for systems suffering from:

  • Cold spots in radiators

  • Repeated boiler lockouts

  • Noisy pipework

  • Poor circulation or slow heat-up times

A full powerflush is a long-term investment in your heating system's health and efficiency. It’s particularly beneficial after a new boiler installation or before replacing major components like pumps or valves.

Magnaclean Installation/Replacement

From £115

Ongoing Protection Against System Sludge

A MagnaClean is a powerful magnetic filtration unit fitted onto your central heating return pipework, usually near the boiler. It captures iron oxide (magnetite) particles and sludge as they circulate, helping to prevent future build-up and protect key components like the pump, heat exchanger, and radiators.

Whether your existing unit is blocked, leaking, or missing entirely, we offer:

  • Replacement of existing MagnaClean filters

  • New MagnaClean Professional2 installation

  • Cleaning and servicing of dirty or blocked filters

This small, unassuming unit plays a vital role in keeping your system clean between flushes, especially when paired with a properly dosed inhibitor.

Power Clense

From £396

A Gentler Flush for Older or Lower-Risk Systems

Our Power Cleanse is a lighter, less invasive alternative to a full powerflush. It’s designed to deliver meaningful improvement without some of the risks or time commitment associated with intensive system cleaning — particularly suitable for older systems where radiator valves may be fragile or prone to leakage.

How It Works:

  • We connect the same high-performance flushing equipment

  • Apply heat and chemical cleaning agents across the whole system

  • Allow the solution to circulate under controlled flow conditions

  • No individual radiator isolation or intense agitation

  • System-wide rinse and inhibitor treatment included

Because the system remains open, with no radiator valves closed or manipulated, there's less risk of leaks or valve damage, and the process is faster and more affordable. While it doesn't achieve the same precision as a full flush, it delivers strong results for:

  • Older properties with aging valves

  • Systems that have never been cleaned but still function reasonably well

  • Landlords seeking value-driven servicing for tenanted homes

We’re always happy to advise whether your system would benefit more from a full powerflush or a Power Cleanse.

Central Heating pump Replacement

From £150

A System is Only as Good as Its Circulation

The central heating pump is responsible for moving water through your system. When it fails or begins to weaken, symptoms include:

  • Radiators not getting hot

  • Strange noises near the boiler or airing cupboard

  • Boiler lockouts or overheating

Where the pump is accessible, we offer:

  • Condition assessment and testing

  • Advice on replacement where flow is weak or inconsistent

  • Full installation of a like-for-like or energy-efficient modern replacement

This service is often combined with a powerflush or Power Cleanse for maximum benefit.

System Clean

From £276

A Low-Intensity Treatment for Mildly Affected Systems

Our System Cleanse is the gentlest option available for treating central heating systems affected by minor circulation issues, early-stage sludge build-up, or general inefficiency. It’s a two-step chemical treatment that delivers measurable results with minimal intrusion — ideal for cautious maintenance, older properties, or systems showing light early signs of internal fouling.

How It Works:

  • A carefully selected chemical cleaning solution is introduced into the system

  • The central heating is run as normal over the course of a week or more

  • The cleaning agent breaks down and lifts loose magnetite and debris as it circulates

  • After the circulation period, the system is fully drained and refilled with clean water

  • A corrosion inhibitor is added to prevent future build-up

This method works gradually, without the need for external flushing equipment or radiator isolation, making it a very low-risk option. It’s particularly suitable for:

  • Older systems with delicate joints or valves

  • Homes where a more aggressive powerflush may be inappropriate

  • Mildly affected systems not yet suffering from full blockages

The results aren’t as dramatic as a full powerflush, but a System Clean is a cost-effective, preventative measure that can extend the life and performance of your heating system when used early.
